About SW - IRL

Our Story
The SW - IRL was established by Dr. Priscilla Rose Prasath in the Summer of 2020 with a vision to mentor graduate students in counseling research. Dr. Prasath's commitment to fostering academic growth and research excellence led to the inception of the lab.
Using a multi-tiered mentoring model, Dr. Prasath orchestrates multiple research projects simultaneously, engaging doctoral-level students and master’s students in collaborative teams. While select students are invited to join the lab, others have the opportunity to apply and volunteer through a rigorous selection process.
